Meet Chef Noir
Hi I’m Vince and I run Chef Noir.
I have worked in the catering trade for many years and have a wealth of experience working in Michelin-starred and AA Rosette establishments including Hintlesham Hall in Suffolk, The Marlborough Hotel in Ipswich, La Souffle restaurant in Intercontinental London, Chalet Rose in Brussels, Pink Geranium in Cambridge together with corporate hospitality at its height at Silverstone Race Circuit for the British Racing Drivers Club.
All the chefs that work for Chef Noir are of Michelin and AA Rossette standard and have worked at the following establishments: The Maze Restaurant in London for Gordon Ramsey, The Foliage at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel, London, The Brudenell Hotel in Aldeburgh, and The Glasshouse, London.
